16th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 7 July, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Prof. Dr Petar Skundric and decided to propose that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term he was elected for.
The Committee went on to adopt the Decision on the establishment of the Working Group for the drafting of the proposal of the MPs’ code of conduct.
The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
