16th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 18 September, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.


The Committee ascertained that terms of office had been allocated to Nebojsa Beric and Irena Aleksic from the LET’S GET SERBIA MOVING – TOMISLAV NIKOLIC Electoral List, and Rajko Stevanovic from the UNITED REGIONS OF SERBIA – MLADJAN DINKIC Electoral List and proposed that the National Assembly note the verification the newly-elected MPs’ terms of office.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
