15th session of the Justice and Administration Committee
The Justice and Administration Committee held its fifteenth session on 18 October. The session was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Jovan Palalic.

The session saw the opening of a discussion devoted to analysing the Strategy for Reforming the Judiciary in the Republic of Serbia. The Minister of Justice, Zoran Stojkovic, informed the deputies of the reforms foreseen by the Strategy, underlining that the document was open to modification.
The Committee concluded that complaints against judicial bodies submitted to it should be forwarded to the Supreme Court Supervisory Committee and the Ministry of Justice, and to ask these bodies for feedback within thirty days.
