15th session of the Culture and Information Committee
The fifteenth session of the Culture and Information Committee was held on 15 October 2004, and was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Aleksandar Lazarevic.
The fifteenth session of the Culture and Information Committee was held on 15 October 2004, and was chaired by the Committee’s chairman, Aleksandar Lazarevic.
The session discussed and in principle adopted the Bill on Free Access to Information of Public Importance, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia. The session was attended by the Deputy Minister of Culture, Miroljub Radosavljevic, who presented the Bill.
The Committee discussed amendments to the Bill, accepting 10 out of the 38 submitted. One amendment was withdrawn at the session.
