14th Sitting of the Foreign Affairs Committee

The 14th sitting of the Foreign Affairs Committee, held on 13 February 2017, was closed to the public at the request of one third of its members.


The Committee completed an interview with the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Poland, Nikola Zurovac, before his deployment to diplomatic duty.

The Committee adopted a number of initiatives for visits and noted the regular activities of the National Assembly’s standing delegations. The Committee adopted the National Assembly 2016 International Cooperation Report, as well as reports on realised visits.

The Committee established three new parliamentary friendship groups: with Qatar, Tunisia and Ukraine.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic.
