14th Sitting of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee

At the sitting held on 27 April 2023, the members of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Incentives in Agriculture and Rural Development, in detail.

The Committee members accepted the proposal of Committee Chairman Marijan Risticevic to complete a joint debate on the particulars on the Bill.

The MPs had submitted 51 amendments to the Bill, of which the Government and the Committee accepted two – the amendments submitted to Article 8 and Article 15 by MP Marijan Risticevic, as well as the two amendments the Committee had submitted to the Bill at the previous sitting.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Marijan Risticevic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ilo Mihajlovski, Dejan Ignjatovic, Marko Ristic, Veroljub Matic, Miroslav Milojevic, Milovan Jakovljevic, Dr Nenad Mitrovic, Momir Stojilkovic, Branko Vukajlovic, Milija Miletic, Dragan Jovanovic, Dr Anna Oreg and Dijana Radovic.
