14th Sitting of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee
On 6 and 7 September, the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee held a sitting in Zlatibor’s Danube Hotel, with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
The Agricultural Land Directorate Activity Report was presented by its Director, Zoran Knezevic who said that their most important task is the management of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Serbia.
The Forestry Directorate Activity Report for the last 12 months, accompanied by an activity plan, was presented by Director Perica Grbic, while the Plant Protection Directorate Activity Report was presented by the Directorate coordinator Dragan Detic. The Veterinary Directorate Activity Report was elaborated by its Director Zorica Novakovic.
The members of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee went on to meet with the President of the Municipality of Cajetina, Milan Stamatovic, MP Bojana Bozanic and local self-government representatives at the Cajetina Municipality building.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Aleksandar Senic.
