143rd Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues

At the sitting held on 6 February, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the bills proposed for the agenda of the 21st Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 11th Legislature.


The Committee found the Bill amending the Law on Election of Members of Parliament, submitted by 103 MPs of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, Bill amending the Law on Election of Members of Parliament, submitted by MP Gordana Comic, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Local Elections, submitted by 103 MPs of the Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group, and the Bill amending the Law on Local Elections, submitted by MP Gordana Comic, to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Vesna Markovic, Krsto Janjusevic, Srbislav Filipovic, Dr Balint Pasztor, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic and Milena Corilic.
