13th session of the European Integrations Committee

At its thirteenth session, held on 24 June, the European Integrations Committee discussed the Financial Leasing Bill, the Bill on Providing Counter-Guarantees of the Republic of Serbia to Serbia and Montenegro for Obligations Arising from the Loan Granted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (future modernisation and enhancement of the air traffic control system), the Bill on Providing Counter-Guarantees of the Republic of Serbia to Serbia and Montenegro for Obligations Arising from the Loan Granted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Subotica municipal infrastructure reconstruction programme), and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Providing Counter-Guarantees of the Republic of Serbia to Serbia and Montenegro for Obligations Arising from the Loan Granted by the European Investment Bank for Financing the Electric Power Generation and Distribution System.

The Bills were presented by officials of the Ministry of Finance, and representatives of the EU Integration Office of the Government of the Republic of Serbia also took part in the discussion.

When the session resumed (on 27 June), the Committee resolved, by a majority of votes, to recommend to the National Assembly to adopt the Bills discussed.
