13th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 25 September, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues discussed, in principle, the five bills included in the agenda for the Tenth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly.
The Committee unanimously established that the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Higher Education, Bill on the Confirmation of mutual recognition of driver’s licenses between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Italy, Bill on the Confirmation of the Social Security Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Slovakia, Bill on the Confirmation of the Social Security Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Austria and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina on mutual representation and provision of consular protection and services in third countries, adhered to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
