13th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 31 August, the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues discussed the Decision of the Republic Electoral Commission on the allocation of MPs’ terms of office for the purpose of filling vacant seats at the National Assembly.


The Committee ascertained that terms of office had been allocated to Tanja Radovanovic and Radovan Raicevic from the LET’S GET SERBIA MOVING – TOMISLAV NIKOLIC Electoral List and Jozef Sandor from the UNITED REGIONS OF SERBIA – MLADJAN DINKIC Electoral List and proposed that the National Assembly note the verification the newly-elected MPs’ terms of office.

The Committee went on to consider the resignation submitted to the post of MP by Vladan Vasic. The Committee ascertained that the conditions have been met to terminate the term of office of MP Vladan Vasic and proposed that the National Assembly note it.

At the session, the Committee also considered and formulated the Proposal of amendments (rebalance) to the 2012 Assembly Budget, which was explained by Jana Ljubicic, National Assembly Secretary General.

The sitting was chaired by Zoran Babic, Committee Chairman.
