12th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 23 December 2025, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the candidates nominated for members and deputy members of the Commission for Audit, Verification and Control of the Accuracy and Updating of the Voter Register.

The Committee decided that the parliamentary groups Green–Left Front - Don’t Let Belgrade D(r)оwn and the Party of Freedom and Justice are authorised proposers of a member and deputy member of the Commission for Audit, Verification and Control of the Accuracy and Updating of the Voter Register.

The Committee ruled that the following candidates for member and deputy member of the Commission nominated by the legally authorised proposers meet the lawful requirements: Ognjen Rasuo, proposed for member, and Zdravko Jankovic, for deputy member of the Commission, by the Green–Left Front - Don’t Let Belgrade D(r)оwn Parliamentary Group; Ana Godjevac, proposed for member, and Marko Dimic, for deputy member of the Commission, by the Party of Freedom and Justice Parliamentary Group, as well as Bojana Vranes, proposed for member of the Commission by the Social Democratic Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group.

The Committee noted that the candidacy for Commission member at the proposal of the Social Democratic Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group, of Doc. Dr Nikola Banjac is terminated due to personal withdrawal from said candidacy.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Ugljesa Mrdic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Biljana Ilic-Stosic, Natasa Milic Milas, Djordje Komlenski, Dragan Nikolic, Bogdan Radovanovic, Boris Bajic, Aleksandar Djukic, Lidija Nacic, Ana Erakovic, Jasmina Palurovic and Jovan Palalic.
