12th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 22 September, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues discussed the amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Ionizing Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety, Bill amending the Law on Chemicals, Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2012 Budget Law, Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law and the Bill Establishing Maximum Earnings in the Public Sector.
The Committee established that the three amendments submitted by the Environmental Protection Committee to the Bill amending the Law on Ionizing Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety, adhered to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also established that the amendment submitted by the Environmental Protection Committee to the Bill amending the Law on Chemicals, adhered to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
In addition, the Committee established that the amendment submitted by an MP and two amendments submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending to the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2012 Budget Law, adhered to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The Committee also found that the amendment submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending to Bill amending and modifying the Budget System Law, adhered to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The two amendments the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending submitted to the Bill Establishing Maximum Earnings in the Public Sector, the Committee members found, also adhered to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by MA Vladimir Cvijan, Committee Chairman.
