12th Sitting of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee

At the sitting held on 7 July 2021, the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Water Law, submitted by the Government.

The sitting was attended by the Head of the Republic Water Directorate Natasa Milic, Head of the Republic Water Directorate’s Legal, Economic-Financial and Administrative-Technical Affairs Milan Njegovan and State Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Jelena Blagojevic who presented the Bill.

The Committee unanimously accepted the Bill amending and modifying the Water Law, submitted by the Government.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Marijan Risticevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Vesna Stjepanovic, Momir Stojilkovic, Velibor Stanojlovic, Goran Kovacevic, Milija Miletic, Prof. Dr Ljubinko Rakonjac, Stanislava Janosevic, Arpad Fremod, Nenad Baros, Nebojsa Pavlovic, Tijana Davidovac and Zarko Bogatinovic.
