11th sesssion of the Administrative Committee
At its session held on 2 March, the Administrative Committee, chaired by its chairman, Tomislav Nikolic, discussed the Proposal of the Decision Modifying the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and concluded that the Proposal of the Decision should be amended before the next session.

The Committee discussed the Request of the Sombor District Court to approve the holding in custody of Milan Vojinovic and Misa Kesler, judges of the Odzaci Municipal Court, and decided not to allow their holding in custody. It was also concluded that the holding in custody of Judge Vojinovic had not been in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia and the Act on Judges.
