11th Sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee

At the sitting held on 24 July 2023, the members of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Foreigners in detail.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 29 amendments submitted to the Bill.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairman Aleksandar Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Zoran Dragisic, Ana Beloica Martac, MA Igor Becic, Biljana Pantic Pilja, Goran Milic, Vladan Zagradjanin, Slavica Radovanovic, Strahinja Erac, Borko Puskic and Dragan M. Markovic.

The sitting was also attended by State Secretary at the Ministry of the Interior Zeljko Brkic and Ombudsman Zoran Pasalic.
