The Committee deemed that all the amendments submitted to the bills amending and modifying: the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration, Value Added Tax Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Excise Tax Law, Law on Tobacco, Law on Fiscal Cash Registers, Law on Local Self-Government Funding, Law on Tourism, Law on Emergency Situations, Law on Energy and the Budget System Law, as well as the bills amending: the Law on Ionizing Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety, Law on Chemicals, Law on Waters, Law on Forests, Law on Wine and the Bill amending the Pension and Disability Insurance Law and the Bill Establishing Maximum Earnings in the Public Sector, adhered to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee rejected as incomplete the amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Privatisation, Bill amending the Law on Compulsory Traffic Insurance, Bill on the Expiry of the Law on the Environmental Protection Fund and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Court Fees, as well as the two amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2012 Budget Law by MPs Milan Lapcevic and Aleksandar Pejcic.
