11th Session of the Constitutional Commission Held

The Constitutional Commission held the eleventh session on September 26, 2003 at 10.00 h. Mr. Vladan Batic, Ph. D., presided over this session.
Resumption of the Constitutional Commission's work, as well as the manner of decision making were discussed on this session.
The Commission members agreed to send the Working text of the Constitution of Serbia back to sub-committees for rediscussion, with possible reconciliation of positions on provisions for which the alternatives were handed over to this Commission. The Constitutional Commission shall make decisions on suggestions reconciled this way, and alternatives supported by the majority vote will be sent to a public hearing.
