10th Sitting of the Health and Family Committee
At the sitting held on 24 August 2026, the Health and Family Committee considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Protection of Persons with Mental Disabilities, submitted by the Government.
The Bill was presented by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Health Prof. Dr Ivana Stasevic Karlicic, after which the Committee adopted in by majority votes.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Muamer Bacevac and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Emese Uri, Dr Ivan Rajicic, Biljana Jakovljevic, Prof. Dr sc.med. Marija Zdravkovic, Marina Mijatovic, Prof. Dr Mirka Lukic Sarkanovic, Katarina Stojanovic, Nenad Ristovic, Prim. Dr Nada Macura and Darko Laketic.
