10th Sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee

At its sitting held on 3 March 2025, the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee considered, in principle, three bills on the agenda of the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2025.

The sitting was attended by representatives of the submitter, acting secretary of the Ministry of the Interior Veljko Odalovic and associates, as well as the acting Assistant Minister of Defence Predrag Bandic and associates, who presented the bills to the Committee members.

Following a discussion, the Committee adopted, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Road Traffic Safety, Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Readmission and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Defence Cooperation Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submitted by the Government.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman MA Milovan Drecun, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Prof. Dr Mitar Kovac, Darko Jovanovic, Radovan Tvrdisic, Ugljesa Markovic, Dane Stanojcic, Tomislav Jankovic, Zivota Starcevic, Zdravko Ponos, Prof. Dr Zoran Dragisic, Bogdan Radovanovic and Aleksandar Djukic.
