20th Sitting of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee

At the sitting held on 7 November 2025, the members of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee considered the Bill on Market Placement of Timber and Timber Products, submitted by the Government, in detail.

On behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the sitting was attended by Vladimir Nikolic, Head of the Forestry Directorate, and associates.

The MPs had submitted 16 amendments to the Bill on Market Placement of Timber and Timber Products, of which the Government and the Committee accepted two, while the remaining 14 were rejected.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Marijan Risticevic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dejan Bulatovic, Dragan Jovanovic, Radoslav Milojicic, Dijana Radovic, Vesna Djurisic, Jozsef Tobias, Stanislava Janosevic, Nikola Pantelic and Milija Miletic
