Third Sitting of the Commission for the Control of the Execution of Criminal Sanctions
At its third sitting, held on 28 December 2021, the Commission for the Control of the Execution of Criminal Sanctions considered the petitions it had received, six of which were forwarded for further handling to the Administration for Enforcement of Penal Sanctions, while 12 had no legal grounds for further action.
