Sixth Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy

At the sitting held on 30 September 2024, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mining and Geological Explorations, submitted by 86 MPs.

On behalf of the submitters, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mining and Geological Explorations was presented by MP Danijela Nestorovic.

Having considered it, the Committee did not accept the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Mining and Geological Explorations.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Snezana Paunovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Prof. Dr Miloljub Albijanic, Dr Zivan Bajic, Stanislava Janosevic, Zeljko Veselinovic, Nikola Radosavljevic, Tijana Davidovic, Miroslav Kondic, Ana Martac Beloica, Dragan Stanojevic, Dalibor Jekic, Doc. Dr Biljana Djordjevic and Prof. Dr Slobodan Cvejic.
