Press Statement of the Secretary General of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Srdjan Smiljanic
“Regarding the incorrect allegations MP Balsa Bozovic made at a press conference I would like to stress that it is shameful that I have to repeat that I had given permission for the representatives of the Ministry of the Interior to enter the National Assembly building as stipulated by Article 71, paragraph 2 of the Law on the National Assembly.
I would also like to say that I am sorry that this shows MP Balsa Bozovic’s lack of basic knowledge of the Law on the National Assembly.”
