On the second day of the proceedings, 28 July 2026, before moving on to the agenda the heads i.e. authorised representatives of the parliamentary groups, MPs Dr Borislav Antonijevic, Dragan Jonic, Ivana Stamatovic, Dr Muamer Bacevac, Mgr Akos Ujhelyi, Vladimir Pajic, Irena Zivkovic, Dragan Stanojevic, Verica Milanovic, Doc. Dr Rastislav Dinic, Djordje Stankovic, Dusan Nikezic and Dragan Nikolic requested information and explanations in line with article 287 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.

The National Assembly continued the debate on the Motion of No-Confidence in the Government. The session was attended by Prime Minister Prof. Dr Djuro Macut and the members of the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

Based on the Decree of the Republic Electoral Commission and the Report of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues, the National Assembly verified the term of office of MP Andjela Ruvidic, elected from the Electoral List SERBIA AGAINST VIOLENCE – MIROSLAV MIKI ALEKSIC – MARINIKA TEPIC (PARTY OF FREEDOM AND JUSTICE, PEOPLE’S MOVEMENT OF SEBIA, GREEN – LEFT FRONT, DON’T LET BELGRADE D(R)OWN, ECOLOGICAL UPRISING – CUTA, DEMOCRATIC PARTY, MOVEMENT OF FREE CITIZENS, SERBIA CENTRE, TOGETHER, MOVEMENT FOR REVERSAL, UNITED TRADE UNIONS OF SERBIA “SLOGA”, NEW FACE OF SERBIA¬), who then proceeded to take the oath of office.

For the remainder of the day, the National Assembly conducted the debate on the single debate on the agenda.
