National Assembly Speaker Convenes First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2023
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Dr Vladimir Orlic convened the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2023 for Wednesday, 19 April 2023, starting at 10 am.
The following agenda was proposed for the sitting:
- Proposal of candidates for the first election of members of the High Prosecutorial Council elected by the National Assembly, submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government;
- Proposal of candidates for the first election of members of the High Judicial Council elected by the National Assembly, submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government;
- Proposal of the Decision on the election of the Council of the State Audit Institution, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending;
- Proposal of the Decision on the election of the Ombudsman, submitted by the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues;
- Proposal of the Decision on the election of four members of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, submitted by the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending.
The sitting will be held in the Grand Hall of the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
