The Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Activity Report was presented by Hana Hukic, President of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures. The Committee ascertained a Conclusion Proposal on the reviewed Report, to be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.

The 2021 Report on Monitoring Conducted by the Public Procurement Office, submitted by the Public Procurement Office, was presented by Office Director Sandra Damcevic. The Committee ascertained a Conclusion Proposal on the reviewed Report, to be submitted to the National Assembly for consideration and adoption.

Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic was appointed Committee rapporteur and representative of the submitter at the National Assembly session for both reports.
