Convocation for Eighth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2012 Withdrawn
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, MA Nebojsa Stefanovic, informed the MPs that he had withdrawn the convocation for the Eighth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2012, convened for Wednesday, 5 September 2012, starting at 11 am.
The grounds for the withdrawal were the fact that the MPs who had requested the extraordinary session had withdrawn their request, thus eliminating the authorised subject – submitter of the request, as stipulated in Article 106, paragraph 3, of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia (at least one third of the MPs or the Government).
