55th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 15 July 2026, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Activity Report for the period 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025, submitted by the Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures.
The Report was presented by the President of the Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Irena Grujic, and the Committee adopted, by majority vote, a Conclusion proposing that the National Assembly accept the Report.
The Committee members then went on to consider the 2025 Report on Monitoring Conducted by the Public Procurement Office, presented by Dragan Maric, acting assistant Director Office. Following a debate, the Committee unanimously adopted a Conclusion proposing that the National Assembly accept the Report.
The Committee then considered the Securities Commission 2025 Annual Activity Report, presented by Marko Jankovic, President of the Securities Commission, after which the Committee members adopted a Conclusion proposing that the National Assembly accept the Report.
The Committee members also granted consent to the First amendment of the Commission for State Aid Control 2026 Financial Plan, submitted by the Commission for State Aid Control, submitted by the Commission for State Aid Control and presented by Commission member Jasmina Trifunovic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: MA Svetlana Milijic, Nevena Veinovic, Ilo Mihajlovski, Nikola Radosavljevic, Stefan Kitanovic, Ana Beloica Martac, Tijana Davidovac, Dragan Stanojevic and Miroslav Aleksic.
