The Bill was presented by the submitter MP Miroslav Petrasinovic and following a brief discussion the Committee accepted it in principle.

The Committee went on to consider the 2027 Fiscal Strategy with projections for 2028 and 2029, submitted by the Government and presented by a representative of the Ministry of Finance. Following a debate the Committee decided to submit a positive opinion as regards the Strategy to the Government.

The Committee also ascertained a Proposal of the Decision on the Termination of the Office of member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures of Jasmina Milenkovic due to the expiry of the term she was elected for and the election of a new member of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures, Aleksandra Popovic. The Committee also decided to propose to the National Assembly that the Decision Proposal be considered under urgent procedure, as stipulated in Article 167 of the Rules of Procedure.
