49th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 10 June 2026, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered and gave a positive opinion to the request of MP Veroljub Matic to assume another public office.
The Committee went on to review the notifications of the National Assembly Secretary General regarding the reprimands issued to maintain order at the Third Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2026 to MP Slobodan Nikolic on 14 May 2026, and MP Milos Parandilovic on 18 May 2026. The Committee decided to fine the MPs 10% of an MP’s base salary viz. 13,078.20 RSD.
Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov then informed the Committee members that the sitting is adjourned and that the Committee would rule on the remaining two items on the agenda - the notification of the National Assembly Speaker regarding the reprimand issued to MP Marinika Tepic to maintain order at the 27th sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee held on 29 May 2026, and the notification of the National Assembly Speaker regarding the reprimand issued to MP Zdravko Ponos to maintain order at the 27th sitting of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee held on 29 May 2026, once the Committee members had received the audio recording of said Committee sitting as additional material for consideration.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandar Jugovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Stefan Kitanovic, Branko Lukic, Olja Petrovic, Igor D. Jaksic, Stefan Janjic, Goran Petrovic, Goran Milic, Tatjana Petrovic Stojkovic, Dane Stanojcic and Djordje Komlenski.
