At the sitting held on 20 November 2015, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications deliberated on the amendment the Committee submitted to the Bill on Legalisation of Buildings, on Voting Day.
Pursuant to Article 165, paragraphs 1 and 2, of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee submitted an amendment to Article 38 of the Bill on Legalisation of Buildings.
