47th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 20 April 2026, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Customs Service and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Fees for Use of Public Goods, in detail.
The Government and the Committee accepted none of the seven amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Customs Service.
Neither did they, the Government and the Committee, accept any of the four amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Fees for Use of Public Goods.
The sitting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance as representatives of the submitter.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Mgr Akos Ujhelyi, MA Svetlana Milijic, Nikola Radosavljevic, Nevena Veinovic, Ilo Mihajlovski, Tijana Davidovac, Stefan Kitanovic, Dr Dusan Bajatovic and Ana Beloica Martac.
