The Committee members considered the basis for the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Serbia on the participation of the Republic of Serbia in the European Union Programme “Fiscalis” for cooperation in the field of taxation and the text of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Serbia on the participation of the Republic of Serbia in the European Union Programme “Fiscalis” for cooperation in the field of taxation, submitted by the Government, requesting consent from the competent committee for the provisional implementation of the Agreement pending its coming into force and granted it.

The Committee members also ruled that the provision of the Rules of Procedure reported as violated during the sitting, was not in violation.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: MA Svetlana Milijic, Vojislav Vujic, Dalibor Jekic, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Dr Nenad Mitrovic, Rozalia Okresz, Miroslav Aleksic, Nikola Radosavljevic, Nebojsa Cakic, Zoran Zecevic, Zoran Stojanovic, Tijana Davidovac, Dragan Markovic and Ana Beloica Martac.
