26th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 6 July 2026, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered the Bill on the Confirmation of the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) concerning the Electronic Consignment Note, submitted by the Government.
On behalf of the submitter the Bill was presented by acting Assistant Minister for road transportation, roads and traffic safety at the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure Miroslav Alempic.
The Committee adopted the Bill on the Confirmation of the Additional Protocol to the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) concerning the Electronic Consignment Note.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Miroslav Petrasinovic, Stasa Stojanovic, Dragan Jovanovic, Tomislav Jankovic, Miroslav Kondic, Vesna Savovic Petkovic, Miljana Milojevic and Nenad Filipovic.
