25th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 23 June 2026, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered, in detail, the Bill amending the Law on Establishing Public Interest and Special Procedures for the Implementation of the Infrastructure Corridor Construction Project of Highway E-761, Section Pojate-Preljina, submitted by the Government.
The sitting was attended by Assistant Minister of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure, Miroslav Alempic.
Of the six amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Establishing Public Interest and Special Procedures for the Implementation of the Infrastructure Corridor Construction Project of Highway E-761, Section Pojate-Preljina, the submitter of the Bill accepted none. The Committee decided by majority vote to propose that the National Assembly reject the submitted amendments.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Sanja Dzajic, Miroslav Petrasinovic, Dragan Jovanovic, Tijana Davidovac, Miroslav Kondic, Vesna Savovic-Petkovic, Miljana Milojevic, Jasmina Karanac and Tomislav Jankovic.
