24th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 17 June 2026, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered the Bill amending the Law on Establishing Public Interest and Special Procedures for the Implementation of the Infrastructure Corridor Construction Project of Highway E-761, Section Pojate-Preljina, submitted by the Government.
On behalf of the Ministry of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure, the Bill was presented by Assistant Minister Miroslav Alempic.
The Committee unanimously adopted the Bill amending the Law on Establishing Public Interest and Special Procedures for the Implementation of the Infrastructure Corridor Construction Project of Highway E-761, Section Pojate-Preljina, submitted by the Government, and decided to propose that the National Assembly accept it.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Ugljesa Markovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Sanja Dzajic, Miroslav Petrasinovic, Dragan Jovanovic, Branislav Josifovic, Miroslav Kondic, Vesna Savovic-Petkovic, Dalibor Scekic, Nenad Filipovic, Dragan Stanojevic and Tomislav Jankovic.
