21st Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 10 February, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications reviewed, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Maritime Navigation, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Navigation and Ports on Inland Waterways and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Nationality and Registration of Vessels, submitted by the Government.
The bills were elaborated by representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure - Leposava Sojic, Assistant Minister, and Veljko Kovacevic, advisor at the Ministry.
Following a discussion, the Committee decided to accept all three bills.
