18th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 8 December, the Committee members reviewed the two amendments the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications had submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, on Voting Day.
Pursuant to article 165, paragraph 1 and 2 of the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications submitted amendments to paragraph 9 and paragraph 55 of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction.
The Committee members accepted the submitted amendments.
