11th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 20 May 2021, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered, in detail, the Bill amending the Law on Planning and Construction, submitted by the of the Republic of Serbia.

MPs Katarina Rakic, Goran Pekarski, Goran Spasojevic, Adrijana Pupovac, Nikola Vojinovic and Milosav Milojevic had submitted an amendment to Article 3, paragraph 2 of the Bill.

The Committee voted to propose that the National Assembly accept the amendment.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Katarina Rakic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Snezana Petrovic, Daniel Gyivanovity, Goran Pekarski, Slavenko Unkovic, Goran Spasojevic, Mirsad Hodzic, Maja Grbic, Zoran Bojanic and Milutin Mrkonjic.
