VISITING ASSEMBLY

THE OPEN DOOR DAY - Three steps to the Assembly, the home of every citizen

The democratisation of our country also involves opening all the doors that have been closed to the public so far.

The National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, supported by OSCE, has initiated a new programme allowing citizens to better acquaint with the activities of the highest legislative body in the country.

Any interested person will be able to visit the building of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

This can be done in as little as three very easy steps:

STEP 1

You have never been able to visit the building of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia (just like more than 99% of Serbia’s citizens)? You would like to walk the Assembly’s corridors, sit in deputies’ seats, talk to the deputies, feel the atmosphere of the place where our country’s most important decisions are made?

You would appreciate to have your picture taken at the rostrum and share it with your friends? You wish to bring your family, friends, or neighbours along?

Desire is all you need for the first step.

STEP 2

For the second step you will need a telephone. Call the Information Service of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and apply for a visit.

The telephone number is +381 (0)11 3611-476.

The Information Service Staff will explain the application procedure and inform you of the dates on which you can visit.

This completes the step two.

STEP 3

The building of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia is located at Kralja Milana 14 Street in Belgrade, and is open for visitors every last Saturday of the month.

Come to the Assembly at the pre-arranged time, and you will be able to visit the Assembly edifice as part of an organised group, accompanied by expert guides, and get to know Serbia’s most important home, the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.
The home of every citizen.

You see, it is possible to do it in three steps.
