The Committee members considered 12 civic petitions and proposals and by majority vote ruled to have them forwarded to relevant institutions for further action.

The Committee then proceeded to set up a Working Group for civic petitions, proposals and initiatives, comprising the following Committee members: Stefana Miladinovic, Ivana Stojiljkovic and Jovica Jevtic.

Committee Chairperson Katarina Rakic proposed setting up smaller working groups – teams to visit local self-governments and towns to investigate the implementation of the laws within the Committee’s purview, particularly the Law on Planning and Construction and the Law on Legalisation of Buildings.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Katarina Rakic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dalibor Radicevic, Jovica Jevtic, Dr Vladimir Orlic, Ognjen Pantovic, Ivana Stojiljkovic, Ivan Karic, Jovo Ostojic, Sonja Pavlovic, Goran Ciric, Snezana B. Petrovic, Zoran Radojicic, Dragan Jovanovic and Jasmina Karanac.
