Seventh Sitting of the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction

At the sitting held on 20 April 2023, the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction considered the Bill on Health and Safety at Work, Bill on the Confirmation of the Social Security Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Bill on the Confirmation of the Social Security Agreement between the Republic of Serbia and Australia and the Bill amending the Law on Employment of Foreigners, all submitted by the Government, in principle.

The bills were presented by representatives of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs Zoran Milosevic, Katarina Dencic and Biljana Curic.

Following a discussion, the Committee proposed, by majority vote, that the National Assembly accept the bills in principle.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Sandra Bozic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Doc. Dr Biljana Djordjevic, Dr Dragana Rakic, Zsombor Ujvari, Ana Miljanic, Dr Tatijana Jovanovic, Gorica Gajic, Branislav Kovacevic, Dragana Lukic, Borislava Peric-Rankovic, Stefan Adzic, Olja Petrovic and Ivan Antic.
