Online conference “Doing AI the European Way: Protecting Fundamental Rights in an Era of Artificial Intelligence”

National Assembly Deputy Speaker Dr Vladimir Orlic and the Chairperson of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues Jelena Zaric Kovacevic will take part in the online conference “Doing AI the European way: Protecting fundamental rights in an era of artificial intelligence” organised on 14 December 2020 by the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights and the German Federal Ministry of Justice and Consumer Protection.


Christine Lambrecht, German Federal Minister of Justice and Consumer Protection, Michael O’ Flaherty, Director of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, and Didier Reynders, EU Commissioner for Justice, are among the speakers and panelists who confirmed their attendance. The attending will be presented the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights’ report entitled “Getting the Future Right – Artificial Intelligence and Fundamental Rights in the EU”
