Ninth Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 18 July, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications deliberated on one item on the agenda – submission of an amendment to the Bill on Remedying the Consequences of the Floods in the Republic of Serbia on Voting Day.
The amendment submitted by the Committee results from the adoption of the amendment to article 13 of the Bill jointly submitted by MPs Marko Djurisic, Dusan Petrovic, Prof. Dr Ninoslav Stojanovic, Goran Bogdanovic, Branka Karavidic, Biljana Hasanovic Korac, Snezana Malovic, Slobodan Homen and Blagoje Bradic. The acceptance of said amendment created a legal gap making it necessary for the Committee to submit an amendment on Voting Day, in order to adjust it to the rest of the text of the Bill, especially in view of article 16, paragraph 3, formulating a new text of article 13 of the Bill.
The Committee members unanimously adopted the amendment.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milutin Mrkonjic.
