Ninth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013 Convened

At the request of 141 MPs, the National Assembly Speaker, Dr Nebojsa Stefanovic, convened the Ninth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013, for Tuesday, 16 July 2013, starting at noon.


The request to hold the extraordinary session specifies an agenda bearing five items: Bill amending and modifying the Law on State Survey and Cadastre, submitted by the Government; Bill on Misdemeanours, submitted by the Government; Proposal of the Decision on the election of judges elected to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council; Proposal of the Decision on the Election of Deputy Public Prosecutor, submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council and the Nomination for the Election of Anti-Corruption Agency Board Member, submitted by the President of the Republic.

The Session will be held at the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
