National Assembly Speaker Sends Memo to Constitutional and Legislative Issues Committee Chairman to Set Up Working Group

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic set a memo today to the Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues Aleksandar Martinovic asking him to set up a working group for political system reform, due to the scope of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues, based on the Law on the National Assembly and the National Assembly Rules of Procedure, which would comprise representatives of the parliamentary groups at the National Assembly.


Gojkovic forwarded the initiative of the Head of the Serbian Progressive Part Parliamentary Group Zoran Babic to set up a working group for political system reform to the Chairman of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues on 29 April 2015, and the information of the heads of the parliamentary groups at the National Assembly about their representatives who would take part in the working group’s operation, as per the invitation they were sent by the National Assembly Speaker.
