National Assembly Speaker Convenes Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic convened the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2018, for Tuesday, 30 October 2018.
The MPs will also discuss the Bill on Critical Infrastructure, Bill on Testing, Stamping and Marking Firearms, Devices and Ammunition and the Bill on Volunteer Firefighting, submitted by the Government.
The National Assembly will consider the Bill amending the Law on Organization of Courts, Bill amending the Civil Procedure Law, Bill on Personal Data Protection, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Execution of Non-Custodial Sanctions and Measures, Bill on Free Legal Aid, Bill on Lobbying and the Bill amending the Law Verification of Signatures, Manuscripts and Transcripts, also submitted by the Serbian Government.
The MPs will also deliberate on decision proposals on the election of judges to judicial office for the first time, submitted by the High Judicial Council, decision proposals on the election of Deputy Public Prosecutor, submitted by the State Prosecutorial Council, decision proposals on the termination of office of presidents of the Higher Court in Belgrade, Misdemeanour Court in Nis and the Third Basic Court in Belgrade, submitted by the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government, as well as the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Serbian Radical Party Parliamentary Group.
The sitting will be held at the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, starting at 10 am.
