The agenda for the sitting contains the Bill on Prevention of Doping in Sport, submitted by the Government.

The agenda also contains the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Croatia on Cooperation in the Protection against Natural and other Disasters and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Macedonia on Mutual Recognition of Driving Licenses, submitted by the Government.

The items on the agenda for the Third Sitting also contain the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Romania on the opening of international border crossing Vracev Gaj (Republic of Serbia) and Socol (Romania) on the Serbia-Romania State Border and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Romania on the opening of international border crossing Golubac (Republic of Serbia) and Moldova Noua (Romania) on the Serbia-Romania State Border, submitted by the Government.

The National Assembly will also discuss the Proposal of the Decision modifying the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Socialist Party of Serbia Parliamentary Group
