National Assembly Speaker Convenes Seventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015

At the request of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic convened the Seventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2015, for Wednesday, 18 February, with nine items on the agenda.


The agenda for the session will contain the Bill on Weapons and Ammunition and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Fire Protection.

The MPs will also be deliberating on the Bill on the Confirmation of the Readmission Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Russian Federation and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on Cooperation in Combating Crime.

The agenda will also contain the Bill on the Confirmation of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Institutional Framework of the Disaster Preparedness and Prevention Initiative for South Eastern Europe (2013), Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Hungary on Cooperation and Mutual Assistance in Case of Disaster and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Romania on the opening of international border crossing Jasa Tomic (Republic of Serbia) and Foeni (Romania) on the Serbia-Romania State Border.

The agenda will also contain the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Romania on the opening of international border crossing Vrbica (Republic of Serbia) and Valkani (Romania) on the Serbia-Romania State Border and the Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of Romania on the opening of international border crossing Nakovo (Republic of Serbia) and Lunga (Romania) on the Serbia-Romania State Border.

The session will be held at the Grand Hall of the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in Belgrade, 13 Nikola Pasic Square, starting at 10 am.
